Minister~Guide
Dani Savage is an entrepreneur, known in her community as a “Jackie-Of-All-Trades.” She spends most of her time learning and applying new skills and engaging with her community.
She and her wife own and operate a rapidly expanding hand-crafted goods business (The Girls Of Riverwoods HCG). In between running her business and parenting her children, she serves her community through board service and community engagement programs.
Dani’s background in creating training programs and public speaking places her in a key role on the board of the Maxville Heritage Interpretive Center; aimed at cultivating vibrant ethnic studies and immersing the community in local cultural history. Dani also serves as a board member of another non-profit (People Like Us) which provides resources and programs to those within her local LGBTQIA+ community.
In February of 2024 she joined the Divine Earth Church ministerial staff to assist in the facilitation of spiritual retreats.

Minister~Guide
Stef Cedarbrook received a Bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Idaho and a Master of Social Work from Portland State University in 2021. Stef is working towards becoming a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW).
Stef has worked in the social service field since 2010 as an advocate for victims of domestic and sexual violence and as a case manager for the Department of Human Services. Looking to deepen their ability to help survivors of trauma she went to graduate school to further her understanding of how oppression, both on the systemic and individual level creates traumatic experiences and how to help systems and individuals create more equity in their lives.
Stef feels passionate about decreasing barriers, increasing resources, and creating growth opportunities for rural folks, especially those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
Stef graduated from Integrative Psychiatry Institutes’s Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Training program in 2024. Stef also completed Internal Family Systems level training in 2024.
Stef enjoys most outdoor activities, spending time with their family, and gardening in her spare time.
She is a founding minister of The Divine Earth Church.

Minister~Guide
Renee Grandi has spent 22 years practicing rural family medicine in far Northeastern Oregon. She has been certified for 21 years with the American Board of Family Medicine and practicing Environmental and Integrative Medicine for 8 years. She has training and interest in Trauma Healing using modalities such as Integrative Listening System, Somatic Healing, Poly Vagal Systems work, Tension Release Exercises, Breathwork and Psychedelic Retreats.
Renee is a graduate of a 10-month training program in Psychedelic Therapy with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, CO. She is eligible to be a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon.
Renee is a founding minister of The Divine Earth Church with over a year’s experience leading 4 day and 1 day psilocybin retreats at least monthly for up to 8 participants. She also has 12 months experience guiding oral ketamine sessions for individual members of the church. Guiding is a passion and ministering to those from birth to death has always been her calling.
She loves dogs and spends much of her free time caring for and fostering huskies and running sled dogs in the winter. She is married and has one adult daughter.

Amanda Joa is a minister with Divine Earth Church and a licensed mental health counselor specializing in trauma resolution, nervous system healing, and depth-oriented inner work. As a queer clinician and facilitator, she brings lived understanding to the process of reclaiming safety, authenticity, and belonging within oneself.
Amanda is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and has dedicated her work to supporting people healing from complex trauma, attachment injury, and dissociation. Her approach holds both the psychological and spiritual aspects of healing, honoring the sacrament as a meaningful way to access truth, release protective patterns, and reconnect with Self.
Within Divine Earth Church, Amanda serves as a facilitator, preparation guide, and integration support. She approaches this work with care and responsibility, supporting others in reconnecting with their inner authority, resilience, and sense of wholeness.
Minister ~ Guide
Nicole Bankhead is a Licensed Professional Counselor, integrative mental health practitioner, and minister devoted to bridging clinical excellence with spiritually grounded healing. She is the founder of Serenity Wellness and Counseling Center in Cypress, Texas, where she leads a team specializing in trauma-informed and integrative care.
Nicole has advanced training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and somatic healing. She is certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy and serves as a lead therapist in a clinical trial setting supporting research initiatives focused on psilocybin and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). In this role, she works within structured research protocols to ensure safety, ethical care, and thorough integration for participants. Her work emphasizes intentional preparation, grounded facilitation, and meaningful integration practices that support sustainable transformation.
Her approach is informed not only by professional training, but by a deep respect for the transformative potential of expanded states when approached with humility, discernment, and reverence.
Nicole joined the Divine Earth Church ministerial team to help cultivate safe, responsible, and trauma-informed retreat spaces. She believes healing work is sacred and approaches her role with a strong commitment to do no harm.

Bryan Bankhead is a minister devoted to grounded, embodied, and whole-person healing. His work is rooted in service, personal transformation, and a deep respect for the sacred responsibility of guiding others through meaningful growth.
Bryan specializes in Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) therapy and functional health strategies that address underlying contributors to emotional and cognitive dysregulation. His approach combines science-based tools with a grounded, experiential understanding of transformation and recovery. He integrates brain-based regulation, nutrition, and lifestyle support to help individuals restore resilience and balance.
As a minister with Divine Earth Church, Bryan supports preparation, nervous system stabilization, and integration practices that promote safety and sustainability in expanded-state work. He believes healing requires both insight and embodiment, and he approaches his role with care, discernment, and a commitment to do no harm.
Bryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, traveling, and continuing his own path of growth and service.

Chandler has spent the last 10 years of her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker therapist helping folks heal their trauma, feel grounded and present in their bodies, and rediscover their joy. As a therapist, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and brings a sprinkling of somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, feminist theory, and humorous sarcasm into her practice.
After completing a 10 month Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Provider course with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, she has integrated her passion for connection, community, nature and healing with the life-changing abilities of psychedelic plant medicines.
Chandler considers herself to be a modern Renaissance woman and has more hobbies and interests than she can keep track of, but she mostly enjoys exploring nature, experiencing new places on Earth, trying new foods, meeting new people and hearing their stories. She also truly enjoys making and hearing people laugh.
One of her core beliefs and values is that all life on Earth is connected, is rooted in love, and that our Inner Healing Intelligence is constantly seeking this connection and love. As a Minister Guide, Chandler brings her humor, and her value in the deep rooted connectedness of all living things, into this sacred space of healing to help participants feel safe, valued, connected, and comfortable.

Susan Crews is a licensed mental health counselor with over seventeen years of experience supporting people through trauma, life transitions, and deep personal work. Her clinical foundation includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, with a focus on attachment, dissociation, and complex trauma.
At the core of Susan’s work is helping people rebuild relationship with themselves. What began as clinical practice has grown into guiding others within ceremony and shared sacred space.
Within Divine Earth Church, Susan supports the creation of grounded, intentional environments for reflection, connection, and healing. She brings a calm, compassionate presence and honors each person’s process, trusting that meaningful change unfolds when people are met with genuine care.
